Day 10 brings us 1/3 of the way through #OctPoWriMo 2018. Our prompt is 'dancing on air', using the context of how we feel when love is successful and feels good. We also were challenged to write a Converse. This form of poetry has a rhyme scheme of aa, bb, cc, dd, ee and a syllabic meter of 7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,11,11. I'd never heard of it before, so I accepted the challenge. Writing of love is not really my forte, but I hope you appreciate tonight's effort.

a dance, moving together
as one, light as a feather
this dance is meant only for two;
this space, taken by me and you
a subtle sway, an exquisite blend
of chasse and steps; those heights we ascend
no words needed; no words will be spoken
a magical spell remains unbroken
it started with music, embracing romance
discovered each other, we learned how to dance.
I like the back and forth of this, like a dance. Very nice!
